Does your Airbnb have restrictions on wall decor?

No worries — we offer a free-standing arch to attach the balloons to!

• $50 surcharge applies when added to the Basic or Essentials packages.

• The arch is included with the Extra package, but must be requested in advance.

This fee helps cover the cost of returning on the final day to pick up the arch.

Do these prices include the cost of groceries?

No, the prices do not include the cost of groceries. You will place your grocery (HEB) and Specs order for curbside pickup — we’ll handle the rest! We’ll pick up, deliver, unload, and organize everything for you providing you a Pinterest worthy fridge set up.

How does the cocktail bar work?

We do NOT purchase or provide alcohol. Instead, we’ll send you a list of ingredients and alcohol to include in your curbside order, which we will pick up for you.

We’ll handle the rest — bringing the décor, glassware, and all the garnishes, and setting everything up to perfection. While we won’t break the seal on any alcohol, we’ll have it beautifully displayed and ready for you to pour and enjoy.

How long does setup take?

We request the following time for setup:

• Basic Package: 45 minutes

• Essentials Package: 1 hour

• Extra Package: 1 hour and 30 minutes

We’ll text you once the Airbnb is ready. While we prefer to have the space to ourselves during setup, we’re happy to accommodate if you’d prefer to stay.

How will you access my Airbnb?

You’ll provide us with the same check-in instructions you receive from your Airbnb. We’ll arrive right at check-in time to ensure everything is set up before your arrival.

If you’d like an earlier setup, we’re happy to accommodate with proper notice — but please note, you’ll be responsible for requesting early check-in with the host and covering any associated fees.

Don’t need help with décor or balloons?

No worries! We offer our grocery pick-up and delivery service for $150, and a cocktail bar add-on for $150.
